The BC Summer Solstice Sprint, held on June 21, 2025, welcomes kids and youth aged 4 to 23 to swim, bike, and run distances tailored to their age group as of December 31, 2024. Younger participants aged 4-5 can join in the fun with a Splash and Dash—a short swim (with parental support) followed by a run to the finish line. This event provides an engaging and age-appropriate triathlon experience for youth of all skill levels.
