The Dawson Creek Triathlon, held in Dawson Creek, BC, offers a variety of race options to suit all ages and skill levels. Participants can choose from the Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run), the Try-a-Tri (300m swim, 10km bike, 3km run), or the Duathlon (3km run, 20km bike, 5km run). Kids of Steel (KOS) races feature age-appropriate distances, from a 25m swim, 1km bike, and 250m run for ages 4-5 to a 300m swim, 10km bike, and 3km run for ages 14-15.
