We like to keep a handle on the numbers (so we know how many coffees / beers to pour!). It is also a good chance for us to get to know you and hear about your preferences.

  • The following rules and regulations are established by Hummingbird Collective to protect our members. Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is safe, respectful, and considerate of others:

    Club members or representatives should:

    Respect other members, runners, and the public.

    Ensure their own safety and not endanger others.

    Follow the Club's Code of Conduct.

    Adhere to competition rules when participating or officiating.

    Avoid publishing defamatory material or actions that harm the Club's reputation.

    Use the Complaints Procedure for any concerns about welfare, safety, or behavior.

    Be at least 18 years old to join road or cross-country training sessions.

    Wear fluorescent vests or suitable clothing during dark training sessions. Do not wear headphones during training or races for safety and communication.

    Avoid making abusive, offensive, or derogatory comments verbally or on social media. Moderators may delete such posts and exclude the author. Personal social media use should not damage the Club's reputation.
