We’re bringing together the Vancouver triathlon community for a packed lineup of expert advice, product insights, and live Q&A. With a focus on the Vancouver T100, training, nutrition, and injury prevention, you’ll leave informed, inspired, and ready to train smarter.

Luke Tasker, professional Triathlete, multiple-time Ironman 70.3 champion, and Vancouver T100 2025 Champion
The Myo team, on staying strong, mobile, and injury-free, incuding;
Dr. Julia Ostrowski – Chiropractor and Ironman triathlete
