Whether you’re starting your first triathlon or chasing faster splits, this is your night. Join us for an evening dedicated to the art and science of triathlon with a focus on swimming, covering everything from foundational skills to elite-level performance.

We’re bringing together the Vancouver triathlon community for a packed program of education, connection, and inspiration. Expect athlete insights, brand activations, dinner, and plenty of time to meet fellow athletes.

Whether you’re just getting started or gearing up for your next podium, this is your night. Join us for an evening dedicated to every stage of the triathlon journey—from your first swim-bike-run to elite race prep.

We’re bringing together the Vancouver triathlon community for a packed lineup of expert advice, product insights, and live Q&A. With a focus on training, nutrition, injury prevention, and local races like the Vancouver T100 and Sun Run, you’ll leave informed, inspired, and ready to train smarter.

Special guests include:

  • Luke Tasker, multiple-time Ironman champion

  • Sean O’Mahony, sports scientist from Precision Hydration, sharing expert strategies for fueling and hydration

  • The Myo team, on staying strong, mobile, and injury-free, incuding;

    • Dr. Julia Ostrowski – Chiropractor and Ironman triathlete

    • Ryan Smith – Physiotherapist with a background in competitive endurance sports
