Brennen Smith has dedicated 20 years to triathlon, building a career defined by competitive excellence and mentorship. A professional triathlete from Victoria, BC, he spent four years racing on the Canadian National Team before transitioning to long-distance racing. His professional results speak to his consistency, with podium finishes and top performances on the global stage.
For Brennen, performance and community go hand in hand. He personally coaches athletes from beginner to professional level and mentors the next generation through the Victoria Triathlon Collective. In 2025, he competed at the Challenge World Championships and earned top-15 finishes against professional fields. When he's not racing, he works with Triathlon Canada to host seminars and supports his athletes toward their individual goals. With Hummingbird, Brennen combines his professional experience with his dedication to building a strong, mentorship-based community.
